East to West Building is a small, family owned commercial fit out company based in Perth, focusing on small to medium size projects. We have an internal work force who complete the partitions, ceilings & carpentry aspect of the projects, while our qualified Project Manager & Registered Building Practitioner takes care of the rest.  We have found over the years, this recipe gives the client the right balance: Good quality product with a personal feel.

Our company

East to West Building strives to provide a service that is professional, respectful and honest. We focus our attention on providing clients with a personal, high quality product that can only be delivered with sound knowledge of the industry & good quality tradesmen. Our company structure allows us to provide all the services of a ‘large builder’ though an agile business model, often resulting in reduced project costs.

The name ‘East to West’ has significant meaning to the owners. It was derived from an idea that we must always remember where we have come from and the values that our family & friends instilled in us throughout our upbringing. This is a daily reminder to always engage in business in a polite and respectful way.

Estimating & Proposals:

The quality of our submissions comes from an extensive knowledge base of the industry. We strive to provide an accurate, detailed proposal that gives our client the confidence that we fully understand the project, scope and the costs. We have implemented systems that enables us to add ‘Value Engineering’ or offer ‘alternative solutions’ to any aspect of the project if required. 

Design:

Over the past 10 years, we have worked hard to develop and maintain relationships with a range of design firms. It is our personal belief that everyone has their own strengths, and the same goes for project design. We are happy to recommend or engage an appropriate designer for the size and specification of project you require.  Alternatively, we are more than happy to construct based on supplied drawings.

Onsite:

East to West Building prides itself of providing a clean, safe workplace for all our staff, contractors and visitors. Housekeeping, communication and organisation assists in having minimal impact on residents & neighbours during the construction process. We also believe having a clean, organised site provides the best work environment to produce quality outcomes.

We have an internal workforce who undertakes the partitions, ceiling & carpentry packages of the projects. We find having these important resources in house, gives us greater control of the project’s progression and quality. It also assists with meeting tight deadlines.
